Established in 1989 in Richardson, TX, the supermarket served as a gateway for its neighboring communities to experience and enjoys varieties of native Asian groceries. To expand and accommodate its growth, Asia World Market relocated to Plano, TX on January of 2006. This larger and more upgraded facility provides easier accessibility and greater convenience for its customers. Asia World Market is currently rated as "The Best Asian Supermarket in Town" by "D" Magazine and the Dallas Observer.

Although Asia World Market has already utilized their website and provides regular newspaper advertisements, the supermarket realizes the need to communicate its customers on a daily basis. Currently, Asia World Market features wide varieties of Asian grocery items, as well as live seafood, fresh organic produce items and exotic fruits and vegetables. To provide information and to promote these products, Asia World Market searched for a communication media which will enable them to effectively do so.
