Overview
With almost two decades of professional experience and quality service in cargo shipping and air transportation carrier industry, EVA Airlines has established itself as a world class company the global aviation market. EVA Air aims to expand their service network to reach valuable clients all over the world in both cargo and flight carrier industries. Challenge
On November 1998, EVA Air launched a dedicated cargo services between Taiwan and DFW to strengthen and further their global cargo operations. As a major business chamber, Dallas is a key site to improve their air freight routes linking destinations between the Asia and the United States. To ensure that their business operation is effective and convenient, EVA Air also established an office in the DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) International Airport. Over the years, the existing office is already equipped with office equipments and technologies to support its operations. Recently however, with their growing business activities, EVA Air is in need of a reliable IT Support team to maintain or repair their existing equipments so that they can worry less about the technical issues and focus more on achieving their corporate goals.
