As a growing non-profit organization, the Formosan Christian Church of Dallas (FCCD) is in need of a cost-effective communication system in order to effectively serve their congregation members and the community to the best of their abilities. Overview

FCCD is a growing Taiwanese church which has just relocated to Plano, TX. In addition to its Prayer and Sunday services, the church also hosts many other services and activities for its members and the community, such as counseling, community services, and nursery.

Challenge

When FCCD decided to relocate to Plano, TX, the church recognized the need for an economical, yet professional communication system that can best integrate to its needs. Through detailed consultations, It was decided that  the church also needs a door bell and an overhead paging system in order to ensure that communication is always effective throughout. Additionally, it would also need a separate nursery paging system in order to provide convenience for its members.

Techville Solution

To address their needs for a cost -effective communication system, Techville has done thorough research to find the best phone system that is most suitable in cost, size, and functionality.  Since this is a growing organization, Techville also considered the needs for flexibility in the system, in order to allow growth and development. After a few researches and consultations with FCCD and a few phone system specialists, Techville decided that the best solution for their needs would be the Aspire-S (NEC) phone system. The Aspire-S phone system include voice mail, auto attendant, call forwarding, and all the advanced options that the church would need in order to communicate effectively. After FCCD agreed, Techville then went ahead to arrange the purchasing the phone systems and proper equipments, and installation/setup processes as scheduled. Before installing these systems, Techville provided a thorough check up and documentation for the existing phone system before having it replaced.

Realizing the importance of reliable communications with the large amount of its members, Techville has decided to combine the door bell and overhead paging system with the Aspire-S phone system. This allows the overhead pager and door bell to function along with the installed phones. Techville also installed a separate paging system for the nursery to provide additional safety and convenience. After the setup/installation was completed, FCCD was quite satisfied with the communication solutions that we have provided.
