Overview/Challenge

Unigrace Corporation is a major manufacturer and distributor of glass, Styrofoam, plastic bags and containers . With its rapid growth as a company, Unigrace needed a professional and reliable IT solution provider that will support and accommodate their busy day to day operations and its plan to update and expand its office, which is located in Dallas, TX. After reviewing a few local IT companies in the nearby area, Unigrace decided that Techville would be the best candidate to fulfill such job descriptions.

Techville Solution

After thorough consultation with Unigrace, Techville’s technicians conducted an on-site survey on the existing layout and structure of the existing system and equipments in the office. Techville then recommended the best ways to support and improve their system. After Unigrace reviewed Techville’s recommendations, they released a series of work orders for Techville. Techville then promptly went ahead and began on cabling process. Techville also agreed to provide full IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Unigrace. Through these arrangements, Unigrace no longer needs to worry about their IT needs. Recently, Unigrace was looking for an updated digital phone system for their office. Techville believes that the VoIP phone system is best suited and is most effective for their current needs. Not only does it conveniently reduce communication costs, the VoIP phone system is also an emerging technology that will be widely used in the near future by most business and professional organizations. Moreover, Unigrace is also looking to setup a security camera system throughout their office. In these projects, Techville provides the complete design, purchase, cabling, installation, setup, training, and maintenance for Unigrace.
